Caramel...

Did you know that if you boil a can of sweetened condensed milk for 2.5 hours you get the most creamy thick delicious golden caramel ever?! We had only heard rumors of this and just had to try for ourselves this weekend... with wonderful results I might add. The caramel is super thick though, so to make it a little more saucy, I added warm milk to a spoonful. (we enjoyed it on pancakes with sliced bananas... yum) I also enjoyed quite a few regular spoonfuls too... cured my weekend sweet cravings immediately.
