Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Boyfriend and I never eat out. (or nearly never, maybe 4 times a year, hahaha) We enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home, and also for the most part together too. (Dang we sound really boring... but we truly love making food and usual are super disappointed when we eat out... plus a student's and artist's budgets aren't too huge.)

We also usually eat our largest meal at lunch time and usually make enough for a few days. Here are a few of our mealtimes to get you inspired and super hungry... oh and by the way we don't use recipes when we cook. But I can share how we make any of the following if anyone is interested!

Sweet Chili ginger patties with pineapple cilantro salsa, and white sticky rice

Asparagus, kamut warm salad with poached egg and simple vinaigrette dressing

Butter fried white fish with simple pappardelle, blanched asparagus and spring onions

Savory mushroom meatloaf with celeriac, carrot, potato mash and vine ripe tomatoes.

Now I am super hungry. Time for lunch!
