Now I'm not a big fan or overly 'work of art' food styling and especially serving (like when you go to a fancy restaurant and you get your plate in with small cubes of meat, and one little perfectly round potato, a few leaves, and a small drop of sauce, what is that?)... I like real food, but these light filled colorful summer salad layouts are just gorgeous. They are from the newly released Sweet Paul Magazine.
I am going to have to try to make a few of these this summer!
