The boyfriend and I are currently into the Swedish/Danish crime drama Bron/Broen. So much so that we've skipped watching old favorite Dexter this week. (This season of Dexter is a bore, blah).
Highly recommend... if you like that sort of thing, oh and understand Swedish and Danish. I have a hard time with the Danish even though it's pretty similar to Swedish so I'm thankful for the subtitles.
Some American production company will certainly make and American remake... they do that a lot. I wonder why reading subtitles is so unpopular in the States?
