Seafood on a Saturday

After the freak snowstorm we had on Saturday, I ventured out to the grocery store with the boyfriend in tow to pick up some yummy things for dinner. We hadn't planned on such strange Winter weather, but it didn't deter us from having a nice Spring-y seafood dinner. I think seafood is my absolute favorite thing in the entire Universe!

Lots of amazing peel and eat Swedish shrimp... and my extra heads. Got to get all the yummy shrimp butter out of them, no wasting!

if you've never tried Swedish shrimp, you just must. They are more delicious than anything else!

The little goat cheese was light and fresh, the other was creamy like pure butter. Both lovely!

And the main event, a crispy baked potato filled with homemade skagen dip. So creamy and delicious! Served with a fresh fennel salad.
