This weekend was lovely as usual; ate great food and had a lovely walks to see all the gorgeous Spring blooms.
Gremolata Butter:
Saturday Night Dinner: Slow roasted beef topped with gremolata butter, served with roasted thin potato slivers, roasted red peppers and tomato salad. Oh and a bottle of red of course. Yum Yum!
Gremolata Butter:
1 stick butter room temperature
zest from 1 lemon
2 medium sized garlic cloves (crushed or grated)
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Mix together with fork or in food processor. Serve with roast beef or on toast or even pasta. Yummers!

I'm not quite sure what you were referring to when you mentioned your "lack of photography skills" in that other post. Those flowers are stunning and I have food envy over all your cooking photos! Sounds like an ideal weekend ;)
