Shrimp



On Saturday evenings we always try to treat ourselves to something extra special, whether it be a nice bottle of wine, an extravagant meal... or both. (We usually go for the 3rd option, why choose?) This past Saturday boyfriend brought home a kilo of seriously huge Swedish peel and eat shrimp, smoked salmon, a petit munster, and a nice bottle of white wine. We enjoyed this with hot hot baked potatoes filled with homemade skagen dip on our balcony in the sunshine.






Nothing is better than sunny summery dinners like this!
