Risotto

This weekend as per the usual we treated ourselves to a little more fancy meal on Saturday night, Risotto. This time I got a little break from playing chef and Johan made the deliciously creamy, mushroomy risotto. (If you want the recipe you're gonna have to ask him, hehe.) Since risotto is so thick and rich we decided on a very simple salad of mache greens, semi dried tomatoes, and marinated blanched green beans, and just a few slices of italian salami. We paired it with a gorgeous Chianti wine as well. All I can say is, it was delicious.

For dessert I made a simple Swedish crumble with frozen raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
