Gotland: Part 3

On the last few days of our trip we explored the southern part of Gotland, where we visited with friends and explored ever more gorgeous landscapes.

Supposedly Gotland was a coral reef by the equator about 400 million years ago. Yeah, wrap your head around that! Therefore the stoney beaches are made up of tons and tons of fossils. While the boyfriend took naps in the sun, I enjoyed hunting for fossil treasures.

I got to hang out with this little dude. He didn't like me much, as clearly shown in this photo. hehe


In the teeny tiny coastal town of När, the sweetest lighthouse was located. It was also surrounded by a gorgeous field of flowers called Blue Fire in Swedish. It was so beautiful here! This was a gorgeous and perfect close to a really wonderful trip.
