Look what we had for dinner the other night. Wonderfully colorful and delicious! I adore roasted vegetables. I could eat them all day long...


A medium rare steak with a salad of roasted peppers, parsnips, zucchini, onions, and mixed spring greens. Served with raspberries and drizzled with reduced sweet balsamic vinegar.
