Pret-Papier



I've been obsessed with the 1700's (especially French 1700's style) since as long as I can remember. I adore the frills and pastel colors... and the over all girly-ness. 

So you can just imagine that I would love these paper works by Belgian artist Isabelle de Borchagrave.

They're gorgeous! Like you, I love the colours and designs of that era, like in Sophia Copola's version of Marie Antoinette :)

Coppola's Marie Antoinette came out when I was living in Paris for a month. I saw the movie and then visited Versailles... I think this really sparked my love of the frilly pastel era. Love it!
