Supakitch and Koralie

I just watched this video of the making of an art installation at Göteborgs Världkulturs Museet (Gothenburgs World Culture Museum) by artists Supakitch and Koralie and just want to see more more more. Mainly I want to zoom in (as if my nose was nearling pressed to wall) to see all the little details of this piece. There are just too many wonderful moments in this piece. I also wonder how long it took this pair to complete the project? hmmm Though I adore-dore the intertwined ribbons with the multi colors and collaged paper bits, the mulitple thin paint layers of the background wall is just gorgeous. I'm not too crazy about the two figures though, they have pretty details but their forms don't speak to me (Weird feather cat dude in a suit and stylized Japanise flower braid girl???). By the way, how great is Google Art Project?! I can virtually zoom all the way up to the brushstrokes. Love love love...

Back to the installation...

Super gorgeous awesome modern cool, don't you think?! Which part is your favorite? I adore the graphic braided strands, and the small squiggly caligraphy-like thin lines.

p.s. What kind of awesome pens are those?!!!
